Sorry for the lack of activity on this site. I didn't really get to post a lot of stuff.

Since I wrote my last journal, I was busy with studying for exams and writing lab reports. I finished and passed all the exams. I was able to come back for the Easter long weekend. 

I later found a job at a coffee shop after job hunting for a month. I like the job especially working with all the people. Since it got warm, I would sometimes clean the refrigerators just to feel something cool. 

I caught up with some of my high school friends after I got the job as well as a regular work schedule. I went with Hannah, Ales and Kaitlin to English Bay and then watched 22 Jump Street. Rosy got back from Ottawa and I met with her and Julia for lunch. I was the only person who didn't bring a sister. Unfortunately, both my real sister and my back-up sisters failed me. 

There was also my mom's wedding. Having only seen weddings in movies, I had no idea what an actual wedding is like. It seemed like a stressful for both mom and Mike. I saw them fusing over guests, seating arrangements and decorations. I drove my mom around to try on dresses. However, my mom was pretty calm about the whole thing. She even insisted on not having a rehearsal dinner. We ended up having one anyways. The wedding was fun except for the religious ceremony. Me, Valentina, Caity and Taryn were all bridesmaids and we weren't thrilled that we had to stand in heels for a long time. When we were outside getting our pictures taken, we would talk about how the shoes we wore felt like having medieval torture devices. We even joked about how we wanted to get back to the casino on a hover bench or in the tardis. The rest of the wedding was a lot more fun. I danced with pretty much all my step siblings as well as some family friends. During the week after the wedding, the fridge ended up being stuffed with cake. It was the only thing I had for dessert that week.

Not much happened after that except Charcoal and Peppermeow chased around some backyard animals.

So it's been almost a month since I was at university and my reading break will be in a week. Classes have been interesting especially the bio labs. Most of them involved looking at different animals and learn about characteristics of each animal class. I also had my chem midterm today and it didn't seem that bad.

So second term of university started yesterday. My earliest class was chemistry which was at 8:30 in the morning. I had biology right after that. I went with Sylvia to buy books and the checkout line was really long. It wasn't this long since September. In fact, the check out line was about as long as the line for a ride at an amusement park. As some of you might know, I hung out in Sylvia's dorm before we had to go to physics and Poe came in for a bit. Physics involved a lot of math. I went to relax in my dorm after that.

First of all, I wish a Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. I also apologize for making the last entree really long. I didn't really get around to posting a lot of things so now most of you probably know why.
